Vervet Monkeys

At the beginning of 2022, 17 vervet monkeys were moved to their new home at Al-Ma’wa
for Nature and Wildlife! 

They were all confiscated from the illegal trade at different points in
time and their ages range from a few years old to over 12 years old. They have all settled in
very well to their new home and spend most of their days playing with each other and
having fun on their various platforms!
