Laith’s Pride

Laith’s Pride includes Laith, Labwa and Marion! These three beautiful lions were brought to
Al-Ma’wa for Nature and Wildlife following a rescue mission by Four Paws in Gaza in 2019.

There was an attempt to integrate this pride with another lion pride of similar ages.
Although this seemed hopeful as they integrated well at first, some problems began to arise
between two of the lionesses. Therefore, they had to be separated to safeguard their health
and welfare. The two prides now live separately but get along very well within their
respective prides.
They have integrated very well into their separate pride and get along very well with each
other. They can usually be seen exploring their home together and playing with each other!
